RAPID RESPONSE AUTO REPAIR

Last weekend, my car window was unfortunately smashed while I was at a concert in Dallas. I quickly contacted this company, and they provided fast, professional, and convenient service. They even went to the Mercedes dealership to pick up the OEM window, ensuring the replacement was done to factory standards. They came to my home, replaced the window, and completed the tinting the very next day—all at an affordable price. Their team was easy to work with, flexible, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. I highly recommend them to anyone in the DFW area looking for reliable and reasonably priced window and tinting services.

I cannot express enough how GREAT it was working with Jamal from Rapid Response. My rear window decided to not go back up this morning. With the winter storm on its way, there was no way I was going to wait to get this looked at. I found Jamal with Rapid Response and right from the get go, he was giving me things to try before scheduling a service call. When all those failed, he helped track down the regulator I needed and showed up to meet me to get it repaired. He was very thorough and walked me through everything he was doing which was valuable as it helped educate me for any future issues. He also mentioned all the other great work they do as well if I need something in the future. I value future business with companies based on how you are treated and I can say without a doubt, I would contact Rapid Response for any future business. Keep up the outstanding work!

After my car sat for 34 days at another shop that claimed they couldn't repair my window glass without replacing the convertible top due to potential seal issues, I decided to search for alternatives in the greater Dallas area. I came across this shop via Google Maps and immediately felt reassured by Jamal's helpfulness and professionalism in handling scheduling and logistics. The quality of work was solid, and when I noticed a slight imperfection in the window alignment, Jamal addressed the issue with respect and attentiveness. He carefully disassembled the door again to reassess and fine-tune his work, ensuring the window aligned properly with the quarter window. Ultimately, everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I appreciate Jamal's commitment to making things right and his excellent customer service. Thank you, Jamal—much respect for your effort and professionalism.

We were thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism from Jason & Jamal. Service is always a sticking point for me, and these two bright their A game. They were able to get our windshield replaced quickly (same day) and it looks amazing! Their pricing was even better than the competition. I would reccomend them to anyone looking to get their windshield replaced.

5 Stars to Jamal and his team. They did a great job on my GMC pickup truck after a break-in. Jamal went above and beyond to find the right glass as quickly as possible despite delays from his supplier. The price was very reasonable and they were communicative the whole process. My glass now looks brand new! very satisfied with the results from Rapid Response Auto Repair. Thank you guys!!!
